A message from our founders
Dear Future KPT Team Member,
At Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy, we created something we were searching for ourselves, a place where we would genuinely want to come to work each day.
As therapists, we knew there had to be a better way to serve children and families while also supporting the clinicians doing the work. So, we built KPT around the values that mattered most to us: collaboration, cross-disciplinary engagement, and flexibility.
From the beginning, our vision was to bring together physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy under one roof—not just as separate services, but as a truly integrated team. KPT was originally founded by three owners, one from each discipline, with the shared belief that children benefit most when therapists work together, learn from one another, and approach care as a team. While our occupational therapy co-founder has since retired from practice, their influence continues to shape who we are today.
What makes KPT special isn’t just what we do, it’s how we do it.
We believe in open communication, shared problem-solving, and supporting each other so that no one feels like they’re working alone. We value flexibility because we know that when clinicians are supported in their own lives, they are better able to show up for the families they serve. And we’ve built a culture where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and your work is meaningful.
KPT is more than a clinic—it’s a community. It’s a place where you can grow as a clinician, build lasting relationships, and be part of a team that truly cares about each other and the families we serve.
We invite you to take a closer look at who we are by watching our overview video, where you’ll see our team, our space, and our mission in action.
If you’re looking for a place where collaboration is real, flexibility is respected, and your work can make a lasting impact, we would love to connect with you.

Hear What Our Team Is Saying
We can tell you all about how great it is to work at Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy. But most of our employees have been with us since the beginning, so we think you should hear it directly from them!
I cannot recommend this place enough
"My daughter saw Lauren for about 6 months, Lauren was so good with her! My daughter loved going. I cannot recommend this place enough. If in the future she needs PT again I will not hesitate to bring her back. Everyone there is so nice!" —S.L.
you feel like you are a part of a team that makes a difference
I have worked at Kaleidoscope for several years and have enjoyed many aspects of working here. Most of all, I have enjoyed the people. The families and kiddos that I get to come alongside for this wild journey called life bring me joy as well as challenge me to grow into a better clinician and person. Kaleidoscope strives to hire likeminded individuals that care about the families that seek therapy services and are genuinely good people. The owners also work hard to continue to grow the business and further their knowledge to provide these services to the community. At Kaleidoscope you feel like you are a part of a team that makes a difference in the community rather than a number on a spreadsheet or a means to an end. —Michelle Deitz, Occupational Therapist
we value family first both from a patient/therapist relationship
I have had the pleasure of working at Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy for the past 8 years and over this time have been able to serve the best families as well as collaborate with a cohesive group of therapists and support staff. At Kaleidoscope we value family first both from a patient/therapist relationship as well as supporting each therapist and their own individual family’s needs. I have also been fortunate to be able to grow in my education, knowledge and overall therapy skills with Kaleidoscope encouraging my growth every step of the way. At Kaleidoscope we value the most cutting-edge research and we strive to provide the most up to date interventions so our kids can succeed.—Anna Markosian, Physical Therapist
Our Mission
At Kaleidoscope, our mission comes alive through the people who live it every day — our team. Every therapist, coordinator, and support staff member plays a vital role in helping children and families reach their full potential.
When you join us, you become part of a team that empowers families, inspires growth, leads with heart and spreads joy.
At Kaleidoscope, your work doesn’t just fit into our mission — you become the heartbeat of it. Together, we turn care into connection, and potential into progress.
Our Philosophy
At Kaleidoscope, we believe that true progress happens when therapy feels like a partnership — between our team, our families, and our children. Families aren’t just part of the process; they’re at the heart of it.
Our holistic approach means we see the whole child — their strengths, challenges, interests, and dreams — not just a diagnosis or skill to develop. Whether providing speech, occupational, or physical therapy, we look at the big picture to help each child grow with confidence in every area of life.
As a member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in bringing this philosophy to life by collaborating closely with families to create personalized, meaningful goals, looking beyond symptoms to nurture each child’s overall development and wellbeing. We also lead by using creativity, compassion, and evidence-based care to make every session engaging and impactful and celebrating progress — big and small — as you help children thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
When you join Kaleidoscope, you’re not just joining a therapy team — you’re joining a community that believes in connection, growth, and joy at every step of the journey.

Meet the Founders
In 2012, Megan Wiskirchen (M.S., CCC-SLP), Katie Rowe (DPT), and Maureen Page (OTR/L) founded Kaleidoscope Pediatric Therapy after recognizing a gap in services for children who had aged out of Idaho’s Infant Toddler Program (ITP).
Their experiences working within the ITP inspired a shared vision—a place where children could continue to thrive and families could feel supported every step of the way.
Since then, Maureen has retired, and Megan and Katie continue to carry the vision forward, growing Kaleidoscope while staying true to its roots: helping children reach their fullest potential and empowering families to grow alongside them.
