The Children’s Developmental Disability Services Program is a system that has a wide array of benefits for so many children. Each one is based on that child’s individual needs which includes support and collaboration services.

Has your child been diagnosed with any of the following?

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Autism
  • Intellectual Disability
  • Developmental Delay
  • Or a closely related condition

Does your child also have Medicaid Coverage?

If so, then they may qualify for service through the Department of Health and Welfare’s Children’s Developmental Disability Services.

Children who are Medicaid eligible have a developmental disability may qualify to receive home and community based services. Some children are also able to receive certain services at school.
